To finish off the year, Tavola and Laoteng Meijiu co-hosted the St-Julien estate’s vertical tasting dinner featuring vintages that span over 60 years.Steps away from the Gironde, the wines from Château Beychevelle display all of the classic characteristics of the Left Bank, well-balanced and generous, with power tempered by silky texture. The dinner featured six priceless selections from the cellar, including prime vintages from the 1960s-80s.

This menu includes one glass of white wine "Villa Gemma" at the price of 588Rmb, and will be served from Sept. 16th to Sept. 30th 2015. Available only for diner during Monday to Friday and for lunch and diner during Saturday and Sunday.

New Chef from MilanWe're glad to announce that we finally found a great chef that matches our requirements. Mauro Portaluppi, comes from Milan, Italy, born in 1975. Affected by his family, he was fond of cooking since childhood.

When he was 8, because the school meal was not delicious, he went back home everyday at noon time with his twin brother and cooked Pizza or Pasta by themselves. Although they repeated setbacks but they enjoyed it.

LAWSON'S DRY HILLS Bright passionfruit, grapefruit and tropical aromas are complemented by an array of citrus and tropical fruit characters on the palate.
